It is with great remorse that Noel K. Zakin has passed. Noel was a kind and bright man that will be missed.

Noel advised the NY Metro Chapter of ISSA for many years. He is also the co-author of chapter 27 of the Computer Security Handbook, Standards for Security Products. His professional biography may be read here.
