This was such a rare sight that I needed to snap two pictures of it! As I traveled on the NYC subway yesterday after a long day at work, I saw a man learning to use his cell phone by reading the manual as he navigated the phone’s features.

Just because an end user knows how to use the features, does not mean that they can accurately assess the technological risks. That said, that’s why I recommend awareness more than education.
